7/5/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client remained focused and sat quietly in his seat while playing bingo. During midday socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions given while on a field trip to the pool. During afternoon socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions given and utilizing respectful words with adults while eating lunch. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue remaining focused and sitting quietly in his seat. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions given. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions given and utilizing respectful words with adults. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement. The client agreed to continue to remain focused and sit quietly in his seat while playing bingo. During midday socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions given while on a field trip to the pool. During afternoon socialization activities, the client was unreceptive to redirection by crying and yelling, “I want to go home! Leave me alone”. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to follow directions given and utilize respectful words with adults while eating lunch.
